Yeah. Me too.

Have you ever felt like your job title doesn't fully describe who you are as a person?

But sometimes the focus on finding fulfillment through your work gets so out of control that work takes over your life.

You might find yourself having nightmares about your latest project, when you used to have daydreams.

The goals that used to be invigorating to hit–well now they just make you lose sleep.

And that boss whose mentorship you used to value? Well now their overbearing "advice" is living rent free in your head.

So how do you fit your job into your life–without it taking over your whole life?

Sometimes you just need a little structure, support, and clarity to help you get there.

Well that's where I come in.

Anti-cororate career and leadership coach at your service.

Work is just something you're paid for–that can also be fulfilling.

You are more than your job

The day before I was laid off from the corporate job that gave me shingles at the ripe old age of 38, someone introduced me as "a subject matter in resilience."

It was the kind of job I could have stayed at for a while longer: Loved the work, had great colleagues, only ocasionally rolled my eyes at the company culture.

But the experience of being laid off, and the surprisingly perfect last day that I had at that job, gave me the spark I needed to finally do something I'd been dreaming about for years: Start my own business.

Now, I help burned out professionals get all the learning and development they'd get in a big corporation–without the corporate intermediary–so they can finally feel fulfilled by what they're doing from 9 to 5.

True story:

What's on
the agenda?

cultivate your human skills

Reframing your thinking about work requires a very special set of skills—the kind you can't outsource to AI. I’ll help you build a structure to experiment, guide you to challenge your thinking, and support you as you explore.

follow your own path

I know that you already are a creative, resourceful, and whole human—which is why I’m NOT here to tell you what to do or who to be. You have all the equipment, you just need to read the manual.

Feel like yourself at work

When you redirect your energy to what's stimulating, creative, and meaningful to you, surprising new pathways open up. It's possible to feel more alive at work—and you don't have to sacrifice yourself to do it.
